Recently, our company successfully shipped another QDF-200 equipment set to a listed company in Zhejiang Province for grinding carbon anode material powder，this company is a new energy high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance silicon-carbon anode materials, dedicated to developing new silicon-carbon anodes with high capacity, high stability, and high initial efficiency.
Silicon-based anode materials, as one of the new energy materials, have had their commercial application severely hindered by significant volume effects. However, compared to other materials, silicon-based anodes offer better safety performance and are considered one of the most promising candidates for lithium-ion battery anode materials.
As the raw materials for lithium batteries, the production of for it is inseparable from crushing and grading equipment. They needs to be crushed to sufficient fineness (about 1 to 20μm, according to customers’ needs) and the fine powders of different fineness are classified for efficient utilization. That will help high-quality production of lithium-ion batteries.
