On April 13, 2026, Kunshan Qiangdi Grinding Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qiangdi”) once again announced good news: a custom-built QDF-600 fluidized-bed air jet mill production line tailored for a leading fluorine chemical enterprise has completed all commissioning and inspection procedures and has been successfully loaded for shipment. 

As a high-tech enterprise deeply rooted in the powder-processing equipment sector, Qiangdi has been in operation for more than a decade. This order is from a leading domestic fluorine chemical enterprise, whose core products include high-performance fluoropolymers such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). Given the inherent challenges of PTFE—its high viscosity and poor flowability—which traditionally result in low grinding efficiency, powder agglomeration, and uneven particle size distribution, the technical team at Qiangdi Company conducted an in-depth analysis of the material properties and undertook targeted optimization and upgrades to the process flow and system configuration of the entire QDF-600 production line. By innovating the feed and discharge design, optimizing the flow field, upgrading anti-adhesion features, and enhancing the classification control system, the new production line effectively addresses issues such as adhesion, bridging, and agglomeration during the grinding of PTFE materials, thereby significantly improving production continuity and stability. The equipment not only delivers a substantial increase in production efficiency but also ensures precise particle size control, uniform particle size distribution, and superior product purity, directly helping the customer optimize product performance and strengthen its core market competitiveness. 

The QDF-600 series, as Qiangdi’s flagship model, integrates high-efficiency pulverization, precision classification, and intelligent control, and is widely used in high-end powder applications across industries such as chemicals, new energy, and pharmaceuticals.
